    Our Team

    HM Development Group is led by two seasoned entrepreneurs, Eric Hiatt and Luke Miner.

    Eric’s journey began as a self-made investor and founder. He is known for his role in building the country’s largest reverse mortgage bank and offering software solutions for the reverse mortgage banking Industry.

    Luke co-founded the number one crowdfunding site for causes, YouCaring.com. After the company’s acquisition, Luke brought his passion for innovation and community development to the real estate sector.

    Together, their collective vision, business acumen, and commitment to community revitalization is at the heart of HM Development Group.
