1557/1525 Pine St stands as a testament to our commitment to commercial urban redevelopment. Completed in December 2020, this $4.6 million project involved the full gut and remodel of two buildings in the Central Business District in Downtown Redding, CA.

The North Building, a 5,300 sq. ft. space, was successfully tenanted within months of completion in 2019. The South Building, a larger space of 14,700 sq. ft., was completed in 2020 and quickly leased to an anchor tenant, Bethel Music, one of the most influential Christian Music labels worldwide.

An additional 3,000 sq. ft. was allocated for retail and restaurant tenants, contributing to the vibrant commercial mix in the area. This project serves as a clear demonstration of our ability to drive economic growth and breathe new life into urban spaces.
